Laryngeal Cancer for the Primary Care Provider

Laryngeal Cancer for the Primary Care Provider

Welcome to Learn Laryngeal Cancer! This site is grant-funded and dedicated to educating primary care providers in the state of Mississippi regarding the diagnosis and work up of patients with Head and Neck Cancer and specifically Laryngeal Cancer. Mississippi has the 4th highest incidence of Laryngeal Cancer in the United States and many of our patients present with late-stage disease. We hope that this partnership leads to increased rates of early referrals to Otolaryngologists (ENTs) for patients with risk factors, warning symptoms and signs of Laryngeal Cancer.
